Guess I haven't decided that i'm ready to

loose the weight.
back away from the table
eat smaller portions more often in the day
put the licorish down (damn the Amish market)
work out more
stop being mistaken for pregnant (rude bastards)
drink more water
stop binge eating
eating for the sake of eating
make smarter decisions in my food choices
be consistent
make feasible goals
acheive my goals
commit to eating breakfast everyday
let my belly go

You can do it mama. Just one thing at a time. Don't quit all in one day. Decide to stop eating beef or something fattening. etc etc
